About

Understand your body. Improve your life.
We make the science of female physiology accessible to every woman on earth — translating complex biology into knowledge she can actually feel, use, and live by every single day.
This is not a course you take once and forget. This is the education that travels with you — morning routines, big decisions, hard seasons, and the quiet everyday moments where knowing your body changes everything. School of Her is where you learn to understand your home.

"Hormonal disorders, autoimmune conditions, gut dysfunction, anxiety, chronic pain, autoimmune fatigue — the diagnostic labels differ, but the underlying pattern almost always involves whole-body inflammation. And every corner of wellness culture is shouting a different "do-this-today" — a supplement, a protocol, a fast, a fix. The results are short-lived. She moves from one to the next and grows more exhausted, more sceptical, more sure that nothing works. But nothing has been sequenced. Nothing has been ordered. The School of Her exists to change that."
Every day, I bring together the fields modern medicine has kept in separate rooms: Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, functional nutrition, gut and microbiome science, psychology, hormonal health, and naturopathic clinical practice. Not as a menu of options — as a single, sequenced path. One that meets a woman where she is, and shows her which two things to change first, and which forty to ignore.
My own path built this school. AAfter two decades of chronic endometriosis and two surgeries, I stopped trying to manage symptoms and began to sequence a recovery. I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and completed executive education in Health and Wellness at Harvard Medical School. I read the clinical literature. I launched a podcast to interview leading experts across complementary fields. And I brought a decade of design engineering to the work — a discipline that taught me systems fail when they're built in the wrong order. The same is true of bodies.
Today I teach women to do less, in the right order. The School of Her is a home for every woman ready to make lifelong change — and generational change — in how we read, respect and leverage the intelligence of the female body.
